Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The product is unused and in its original condition.
• The product is not damaged due to customer misuse.
• The product is returned with its original packaging and accessories.
• Proof of purchase or order details are provided.

For hygiene reasons, used personal-care products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs or a video showing the issue so we can review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will generally be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take several business days to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, Siliscrub may cover the applicable return shipping costs.

For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by an error on our part, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged through improper handling, altered, or returned without the required original packaging, except where the product is defective or was incorrectly supplied.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
